Birthdays, Playing and Randomness...oh, my

Long time no update, huh? Sorry about that. Things are good here Since I last posted we have celebrated 2 birthdays, our 14 year anniversary, 10 years in KS, Thanksgiving, and I think that's it. So I will now get to the important part - the pictures, of which there are a lot.

Take a good look at the taco sauce flavor. Caleb is definitely his father's son.
A close up of the sauce in case you couldn't tell what it was. Seriously he loves the stuff.
Caleb's birthday hat from school.
I asked Caleb what kind of cake he wanted, thinking he would say chocolate or something like that. Instead he said that he wanted a Pac-Man cake. I think I did a pretty good job.
We celebrated the big 6 at Chuckecheeze's.
Hannah and Autumn. If you enlarge the pic you can see how well Hannah fixed her hair that night. Caleb prepping to blow out the candle.
Smiling for all of his fans.
An now successfully blowing out the candle.
This is not a very good picture, but it was the best of the ones that I took. This is from Caleb's "Kindergarten Pow Wow". The kids put on a little program with several songs - they did a great job. Made me really want to get a video camera.

Caleb in his pilgrim outfit.
Would you believe that these next few pictures were taken on the Monday or Tuesday before Thanksgiving???
I do believe that she would wear a skirt ever day if she could.

The sweetest, right?
No, I think this is the sweetest.
Nope, maybe this is the sweetest.
This is Hannah's birthday cake. She wanted a Princess cake, but I couldn't do that so we went with the chocolate cake with pink icing. I had to buy food coloring for the first time. I may turn into a crafty mom after all.
Miss H with her cake and many presents. I was able to find a princess candle.
This was a yummy cake, fudge chocolate cake with a chocolate middle icing and the vanilla icing turned pink. The pink icing was a little tough for Barry to get past, he kept thinking it was going to taste like strawberries. He is so OCD!!!
Oh, I found the cookies at a craft store that begins with the letter "M". The cookies come baked with the icing and princess outline on the cookie and the you color in the picture with the food color markers. Very cool. We had a lot of fun doing this at McD's. Which is where H wanted to go for her b-day dinner.
Now, I just had to take a picture of this. Hannah put this ensemble together for church recently. I think the socks really make it, don't you?
I have been looking into getting a sewing machine and my mom found this one for me online.

I also found this bookshelf on the same online site.

Well, I guess that is about it for now. Oh, if I think about it again I will try to take some pictures of our Christmas decorations. Since I probably won't post again until after Christmas...Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. We love you all.

They used to be so little.

Halloween 2004
For some reason I am drawing a blank for a 2005 pic. Anyone able to help me?

Oh, how they grow

I could only find pictures from last year. Iwas hoping I had others, maybe I do somewhere else. Oh well.
The three in 2006
A close-up
And in 2007.
Good honk!!! They are growing up so FAST!!!

Pictures, Pictures and More Pictures

Hannah's "boyfriend". A younger fella and his name also begins with "H". Oh, and Hannah took all of these "H" pictures. Isn't he just a cutie??
I had to keep telling her to move her fingers from in front of the camera.
Great smile!

I think Caleb took this pic. Nice crazy hair, huh?
Caleb posing with his toys. Hannah took these, too.

Hannah was not feeling cooperative at the time. Can you believe how long her hair is?!
Caleb was feeling camera comfy.
See, still not happy with camera.

And she has now decided to work with me.
Still happy with the camera and showing her pet, Piggy.
Caleb was very proud of his work.
Refused to give me a nice face, insisted on a silly face.
One sweaty but happy boy at a fun birthday party.

Enjoying his cupcake and the company.
My social one.
Practically a class picture.
The birthday girl and Caleb.
Last Saturday we went from the birthday party to Trunk-or-Treat. The kids had a blast. Quite a few of the trunks had fun games for the kids to play in order to "earn" their treats. here is Caleb playing one of those games.

Playing a little b-ball.
Hannah's turn.

Standing in front of Frankenstein - it was the cutest thing.
On the hay ride.
Another try at getting them both to look at me.
Hannah and her BFF Lauren.
So cute. Some future heart breakers. Watch out boys.
Caleb and a friend about to parade through the school before the "Fall Harvest" Party.
Our cute party craft. See what the wings are made out of. Caleb wants to put it on the Christmas tree. We'll see.
Playing bingo.

He insisted that he stand this way for the picture.
But I had the hardest time getting him to look at me. See what I mean? Still not looking at me.
Trick-or-treating at Ms. Yois' house.
They had more fun riding on this family heirloom rocking horse.
Now it's Hannah's turn.
Our traditional Halloween picture with Autumn. I will look back through my old pictures and see if I can find pictures from the past. I think it would be neat to see how the kids have changed.
Take 2.
The two super heroes ready to fly away.
Trying again.
Miss H on her own.
Another pics of the 3 buddies. They have all grown up so much - almost unbelievable.
A short lived slumber party. Hannah wanted to sleep in her sleeping bag and she gave Autumn her bed. Sweet, huh?
Sweet baby. I always say that when I check on them before I go to bed. They are so sweet when they are asleep. They look so angelic and non-mischievous.

Well, that's all for now. Hope you enjoyed my little recap of the last week or so.
