Pictures, Pictures and MORE Pictures

HGB in her VBS program.
CDB in his program.
Prepping the millions of peaches for middle Sunday at camp.

CDB talking to Daddy.
Before the haircuts...
Before...
After.

CDB just posing with Mr. Gloworm.
Daddy, take a good look at Hannah's shirt.
Playing in the rain.
My nephew, Riley. Apparently his mom takes a lot of pictures and he gets tired of it.
Typical man.

Aren't the cousins so cute.
Uh oh - he's not happy.
Much better. I think she'll make a good mommy.
Aren't the cute in the TX Rangers garb.
Rangers up to bat. It was a very neat stadium. I hope to see more games there in the future.

HGB after her first day at Pee Wee camp.
CDB after his first day at camp. And no, I did not put that on his mouth - he did it all on his own.
Practicing his lightsaber moves.
You might have to enlarge this to see the afghan I placed in the middle of the bed. They were told not to cross to the other side.
The awesome PeeWee counselors that the kids had their session. Hannah declined to participate in the photo.

Mimi and Papa with us on July 3 waiting for the fireworks spectacular in Gilmer. BTW, we never got to see the fireworks - technical problems. But hey, we got to spend some quality time together.
CDB and a Civil War era cannon.
HGB had chocolate ice cream, can you tell?
Hannah finally posed with the cannon but would not get any closer because it was "stinky". They fired it a time or two so it did smell of whatever they used to fire it.
Just clowning around.

Poppie and HGB getting ready to go for a bike ride.
But, Poppie needed to tie a string on the bike so it wouldn't fall over and crash with Hannah on it. I do believe this was Hannah's brilliant idea.
The cousins in Memphis.
They're so silly.
Caleb got a Sprderman costume in Memphis and fell asleep in the car with the mask on. I wonder what the passing motorists thought when they saw him?

At the Balloon Glow in Longview. Super cool.
Can you tell that he is not in a basket - just a chair. CRAZY!!!!!
Hannah and Poppie trying to keep cool.
Silly face time.

Some WWII era planes participating in the Balloon glow - oh, and the moon.
Some of the neat balloons.
More of the neat balloons.
HGB swimming all by herself, and without a noodle.
CDB under the water.

Whew - I'm tired and I bet you are too. Thanks for hanging tough and getting through all of the pictures. Hopefully I will have more in the next few weeks. Ta Ta For Now.

Catching up - Part 5

Mother's Day - First, I have to say that I have the best mom in the world. She was and still is such a wonderful example of what a mom is - selfless, caring, always loving, inventive, giving, resourceful...I could go on and on. And I have the greatest MIL and I know for a fact that I am her favorite daughter-in-law. I also have two wonderful grandmothers who have always influenced my life in great ways. I am so blessed to have all of the women in my life. And I am blessed that all of these women know and have a personal relationship with God and have passed that love on to me.
---
My sweet honey surprised me with some beautiful hot pink roses. They were just gorgeous and were so fragrant.

This card is so appropriate for us. Hannah is always wanting to cuddle with us. On a side note, if you expand this picture look at Caleb's signature on the card to the left.
The first reason I am a mom.
The second reason I am a mom.

Catching up - Part 4

Baseball (coach pitch style) - Caleb is playing baseball!!! And he is doing so great as the pictures below will show. He bats right handed but throws left handed. He likes the batting part of the game, but gets a little distracted in the field. Enjoy.

---

C warming up before his first game.
His first at bat. Check out that stance!
Out in the field.

Another at bat. Again, the stance is great.

Expand this picture to the the smile. C saw us taking a picture and "cheesed" for us.
Manning first base. Could he take after his father?
Warming up on deck.

A third at bat.
Ooh...expand this one and you can see that he just hit the ball...
And he made it to first...
And then made it home. C did great during his first game. It will be interesting to see how he progresses this season.
And here is a picture of H that I decided to throw in. She is reading to all of her "babies". How sweet is that.
